The dock leveler is mainly used for large quantity loading, unloading and handling of goods in factories, warehouses, stockyards, stations, wharves and grain warehouses. It is very useful when dock height and truck height are different ,when truck complete close dock area, the dock leveller main plate and lip will truck floor, forklift can go into container or truck directly for loading and unloading job.

Swinging Lip:
Lip is very import part bettween truck and dock leveler Connect Part, we use the steel material from Baosteel, single plate 16mm thickness, are difference compare with Chinese double welding plate, more stronger than others.

Hinge connection:
Hinge and hinge sleeve conneced with the motherboard do keel welding connection.
The surface of the connecting shaft hinge by electroplating.
Smooth and noise reduction.

Support profile:
We use 11 pcs L profile, compare with other supplier, our quality will be better than the products use 3-4 pcs.

Hydraulic Unit:
Hydraulic pump with oil tank together. Save the place and easy for maintenance
